Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve integration and installation issues.
- Apply and continuously improve installation and integration processes.
- Use engineering tools and systems to support technical decisions.
- Collaborate with SMEs and VPI teams to deliver product data.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers.
- Translate customer needs into functional product requirements.
- Validate prototypes and installation quality to ensure correct application.
