This role involves leveraging actuarial expertise and analytical skills to address complex challenges in the healthcare sector. You will be part of a client service team within the Actuarial team, which focuses on improving organizational performance and patient outcomes. The team supports various healthcare segments, including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid, by providing insights and recommendations. You will work collaboratively with clients to drive strategic priorities and enhance decision-making processes.
Requirements
- University degree with excellent academic record
- ASA or FSA designation
- 5+ years of work experience driving business results
- Health insurance experience is highly preferred
- Experience with database coding via SQL, Teradata or Python
- Experience in segmentation analysis and world-class product pricing
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytic approaches to create meaningful business impact
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments
- Proven record of leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel (50-70%)
