Job description

Requirements

- Experience with project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in leading strategic decisions across multiple workstreams.
- Experience in analyzing metrics and visualizing data using analytical tools including Tableau, Alteryx, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
Responsibilities
- Execute a full project lifecycle including case definition, benefits analysis, and production rollout.
- Influence design and drive change conversations with business units.
- Manage and resolve cross-program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate strategic decisions to ensure adherence to the Firm's standards and technology.
- Define delivery and resource plans while managing stakeholder communication.
- Lead the portfolio for change the bank initiatives with a focus on regulatory changes.
- Implement and manage processes for effective risk management of regulatory changes.
