• Experience with project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in leading strategic decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in analyzing metrics and visualizing data using analytical tools including Tableau, Alteryx, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.

• Execute a full project lifecycle including case definition, benefits analysis, and production rollout.
• Influence design and drive change conversations with business units.
• Manage and resolve cross-program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate strategic decisions to ensure adherence to the Firm's standards and technology.
• Define delivery and resource plans while managing stakeholder communication.
