Job description

The Project Engineer at Arcadis will provide support and assistance to team members in design and construction meetings. This role focuses on coordinating with the Design Team to ensure compliance and timely responses. The Project Engineer will also assist in maintaining project files and managing project budgets to keep schedules on track. This position is integral to delivering sustainable solutions and improving quality of life through effective project management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in correspondence, reports, procedures, guidelines, meeting minutes, and proposed actions.
  • Help coordinate with the Design Team for conformance review and timely responses.
  • Assist in requests for information, submittals, and construction change documents.
  • Maintain project files in both electronic and paper format.
  • Assist in managing the project budget and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes and practices.
