In this role, you will leverage your data engineering expertise to support scalable analytics solutions within the Social, Healthcare and Public Entities (SHaPE) Software Delivery team. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high standards of data quality and security. Your focus will be on structuring and enriching data, building data pipelines, and contributing to advanced analytics use cases. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of professional experience working across teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data/BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL with Databricks is required; hands-on experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
- Experience in data engineering, data intelligence, application/database development, or analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to identify, ingest, and transfer client data while ensuring data quality and security.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and structured data models that support advanced analytics use cases.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions to support the design and adoption of analytics solutions.
- Drive process improvements through automation and innovation in a cross-functional, agile environment.
- Facilitate discussions and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
