You will also contribute to the firm's expertise in capital projects while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or construction science.
• 2+ years of experience on major capital projects, ideally in a project management or project controls role.
• Strong modeling capabilities using Excel and experience managing large datasets with databases.
• Distinctive analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven ability to work highly collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated record of leadership in a professional setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• A background in consulting, strategy, and/or research is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
