Job description

The ServiceNow FSO Architect (CTA) role at EY is a senior technical position responsible for designing and delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions within Financial Services organizations. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in IT or cybersecurity, including extensive hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM certification.
  • Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
  • Define technical architectures covering case and workflow design, integration and data flows, and security and access controls.
  • Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during critical design and build phases.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
