• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to utilize production tools such as ESRI ArcGIS and AutoCAD
• Analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Substantial professional full-time experience in water/wastewater/stormwater

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on water and wastewater design projects.
• Conduct preliminary engineering by analyzing data and performing calculations.
• Plan and design projects following company and government standards.
• Prepare drawings and specifications based on engineering staff feedback.
• Mentor and support junior staff in the local and regional water group.
