The ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management Manager at EY will lead transformation teams in a rapidly growing area, focusing on delivering solutions that enhance clients' asset management processes. This client-facing role involves motivating and developing a team while establishing new client relationships. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to guide projects from planning through execution. The manager will also engage in coding and programming to align development services with business requirements.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Typically 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from a specified list.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
• Engage regularly with external clients and participate in working sessions.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
• Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management projects.
