The ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Manager at EY will lead transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client-facing role involves motivating and developing team members while establishing new client relationships. The focus is on identifying user requirements and developing user interfaces across various platforms. The position offers opportunities for growth in consulting and team leadership skills.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications from a specified list.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
- Engage regularly with external clients and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
- Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.
