Job description

The ServiceNow Moveworks AI Architect Manager at EY will lead transformation teams focused on AI-driven solutions for clients. This role involves spearheading EY's AI thought leadership and driving innovation through the design and development of cutting-edge solutions. The manager will collaborate closely with clients to enable AI-driven transformation across various workflows and governance frameworks. This position offers opportunities for growth and requires effective management of projects while ensuring quality and risk management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Typically 2-5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
  • 2-5 years of experience with the Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions such as Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.
  • Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
  • Engage regularly with external clients and actively participate in working sessions.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
  • Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
  • Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow AI project.
