The Technology Consulting - Platforms - ServiceNow - IT Service Management (ITSM) Manager role at EY focuses on providing insights and recommendations to clients on how ServiceNow can support their business objectives. This position involves acting as a technical leader in ServiceNow project delivery and managing client design sessions. The role requires expertise in ITSM processes and the ability to mentor multi-disciplinary teams. The manager will also analyze ITSM capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps for clients.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field and 5 years of work experience.
• Must have 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Must have 4 years of ServiceNow consulting experience to external clients at a professional services firm.
• Must have 4 years of experience in leading ServiceNow client design sessions and facilitating requirements workshops.
• Must have 2 years of experience leading and coaching teams of ServiceNow consulting professionals.
• Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international.

• Assist clients by providing insights on how ServiceNow aligns with their business objectives.
• Act as a technical leader across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery.
• Manage client design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Oversee application and workflow design, configuration, and testing.
• Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components.
• Analyze a company’s ITSM capabilities and provide leading practice recommendations.
• Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, including offshore resources.
