The Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Principal Functional Consultant (GL/AR) role at IBM Consulting focuses on leading functional tracks for Oracle Cloud ERP engagements. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials modules and involves working closely with clients to define business requirements and provide subject matter expertise. The consultant will be responsible for configuring modules, conducting gap analysis, and ensuring high-quality project deliverables. This is a full-time position that allows for remote work within the United States, with travel required as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of ERP implementation experience is necessary.
• Experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Cloud Applications as a Module Lead is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide subject matter expertise in core Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Lead functional tracks on IBM’s Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials GL, AP, AR, Tax, Collections, Expenses FA, and CM modules.
• Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements.
• Document gaps, issues, and solution process flows.
