Blackstone is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its Legal and Compliance Technology group. This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that support global Legal and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in L&C systems, lead development teams, and architect solutions that integrate custom applications with SaaS platforms. The position emphasizes collaboration, strategic planning, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• Proven experience in L&C systems, including designing solutions for L&C workflows and processes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and SaaS platform integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Develop technical roadmaps and strategies that align with business objectives and L&C requirements.
• Architect and oversee the development of custom applications using C#, Python, Terraform, and AWS services.
