The Apple Cloud Services Infrastructure team is seeking a senior engineering program manager to drive large programs that span the software stack. This role involves acting as the connective tissue between infrastructure engineering teams and ensuring the delivery of integrated infrastructure that scales. The focus is on building and maintaining critical cloud services while collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to navigate complex dependencies and drive alignment across teams.

• 8+ years in technical program management, with significant experience in infrastructure or platform development
• Deep understanding of and experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experience
• Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workflow systems, or distributed data platforms
• Experience building developer platforms or infrastructure-as-a-service products
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-team technical programs from ambiguity to delivery
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage with product and engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and navigate ambiguity under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
