The Program Management Advisory and Execution (PMAE) team supports various business units across the bank by planning, executing, and governing complex initiatives. This role involves working independently while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. As a Resource Analyst, you will partner with the Resource Manager to enhance Talent Management Strategy and departmental processes. In the Program Analyst capacity, you will support program management activities throughout the project life cycle, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of data manipulation in MS Excel, including functions such as vlookup, index, match, and pivot table creation.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• 4+ years of experience in an analyst role in a corporate environment.

• Effectively prioritize and handle multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Own data quality and support the execution of PMAE departmental events and processes.
• Drive forward the recruiting process by tracking candidates through all interview steps.
• Onboard new program managers into PMAE, ensuring they have necessary resources.
• Gather, analyze, and monitor departmental data such as utilization rates and spending.
• Manage critical program documentation including governance charts and communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with Citi's project procedures and controls.
• Create reporting cadence to align with management reporting and meeting deliverables.
