Job description
The role involves leading end-of-life component qualification activities and ensuring product reliability and compliance. The team focuses on troubleshooting and resolving system-level challenges in a production environment. Candidates will work closely with suppliers to address component issues and assist in quality improvements. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 0 years with a Master's degree.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software such as SAP ERP, OrCAD, and AutoCAD.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with VBA Macros and AI tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-of-life component qualification activities and develop test plans.
- Troubleshoot and provide maintenance support for system-level challenges.
- Conduct failure analysis reports and investigations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve component and yield issues.
- Design and develop fixtures to support production processes.
- Write procedures to document assembly instructions and production processes.
