The Customer Engagement Application Engineer role at KLA focuses on providing technical applications support for reticle and photomask inspection systems. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA reticle and photomask inspection systems.
  • Conduct acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and alpha/beta testing.
  • Assist marketing and Account Sales in assessing potential applications of company products.
  • Provide follow-up support by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
  • Escalate field applications issues to the product division and follow up for issue resolution.
  • Work with customers and divisions to improve the benefits of reticle inspectors.
  • Generate best-known methods, project summary reports, customer use cases, and product value pitch information.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.
