The AI Augmented Engineering Director will lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of mission-critical transactional platforms for Payments and Cash Management. This role involves hands-on coding, architectural design, and advanced troubleshooting while driving the integration of AI into engineering practices. The director will mentor teams and ensure the delivery of secure and reliable operations in a 24x7 environment. Collaboration with Product, Architecture, QA, Risk, and Operations is essential to deliver client-grade experiences and bank-grade controls.

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience
• Hands-on coding experience is required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Master's degree is preferred

• Lead the design and implementation of the next-generation Payment and Cash Management platform.
• Drive the strategic integration of AI across engineering practices.
• Guide design reviews and mentor teams on Gen AI solutions and cloud-native microservices.
• Ensure scale, resiliency, latency, and regulatory compliance in a 24x7 environment.
