Job description
The Java Full Stack Developer is a strategic professional responsible for managing Applications Development teams and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires strong technical oversight and the ability to guide cross-functional teams while contributing to the overall technology strategy. The developer will leverage their expertise in Angular and other technologies to deliver complex solutions in the Financial Services industry. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and achieving established goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Expertise in Angular architecture, including components, modules, services, directives, and pipes.
- Proficiency with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and UI component libraries.
- Experience with NgRx or alternative state management solutions.
- Strong experience with RxJS and handling asynchronous data streams.
- Expertise in responsive/adaptive UI development and understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more Applications Development teams to achieve established goals.
- Apply deep knowledge across multiple development areas to provide technical oversight of systems and applications.
- Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Contribute to strategy formulation for applications development and related functional partners.
- Monitor delivery outcomes, support budget management, and oversee day-to-day team management.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and contribute to standards definition.
- Appropriately assess and mitigate risk, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
