This role is for an innovative engineer focused on designing advanced fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The team consists of highly skilled engineers working on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Engineers will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to launch.

• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
• Master's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing
• Experience with design-in-safety
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles

• Partner with internal and external teams to develop standards and specifications for complex material handling systems
• Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously
• Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution solutions
• Serve as a technical expert to design teams and stakeholders
• Ensure designs meet requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Verify successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems
