• Experience synthesizing large datasets into executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
• Experience managing budgets, resource plans, and headcount forecasts across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience in a technology company managing portfolios that span software delivery and operational workstreams.
• Strong proficiency with project and portfolio management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in IT planning & operations, enterprise systems, or platform/product delivery.
• Familiarity with financial planning processes, including budget forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience building or maturing a PMO or delivery operations function.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
