Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems and Controls, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science or similar Engineering discipline with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience.
- Experience with industrial automation platforms, such as GE Cimplicity or Rockwell Automation Control Logix PLC products used in Facility Automation Systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide Facilities engineering support to factory customers in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
- Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing or environmental excursions and own system documentation and maintenance strategy.
- Develop industrial instrumentation and automation systems for maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and programming.
- Design and develop new control systems and maintain existing systems.
- Analyze data and present findings in written reports while providing advice and consultancy support.
- Manage projects within cost and time constraints and oversee day-to-day operations associated with instrumentation and controls.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis, developing engineering solutions to address issues.
