Job description

The PMO Program Manager at Apple Services Engineering will oversee program delivery excellence by integrating people, process, and technology. Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience in cross-functional software engineering environments

  • Experience in change management principles with a track record of driving sustainable behavioral change
  • Experience with knowledge management systems, bug tracking, and PM reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across all levels
  • Strong technical aptitude and self-directed learning ability
  • PMP certification is a plus
