Job description

This role is for a Circuits Engineer within a silicon design group focused on designing state-of-the-art ASICs. The team is responsible for creating advanced custom digital megacells, including SRAM memories and ML accelerators. The position involves collaborating with various teams to address critical issues and ensure the successful ramp-up of functional products. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that impact millions of customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
  • Experience in the design of low voltage and low power custom circuits.
  • Deep understanding of deep submicron device physics and leakage mechanisms.
  • Solid understanding of device matching and noise sources.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.

Responsibilities
