This role is for a Circuits Engineer within a silicon design group focused on designing state-of-the-art ASICs. The team is responsible for creating advanced custom digital megacells, including SRAM memories and ML accelerators. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
• Experience in the design of low voltage and low power custom circuits.
• Deep understanding of deep submicron device physics and leakage mechanisms.
• Solid understanding of device matching and noise sources.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
