The Wireless MAC Design Verification Engineer will play a crucial role in the Wireless Connectivity Silicon (WCS) team at Apple, focusing on the verification of advanced Wi-Fi technology in System-on-Chip (SoC) products. This position involves working closely with system architects, design, software, and firmware teams to ensure high quality and reliability in wireless connectivity solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on experience in the entire ASIC design verification cycle
- Expertise in reusable verification methodologies like UVM or similar
- Advanced knowledge of System Verilog and the UVM methodology
- Experience using AI-based tools for verification to improve efficiency and automation
- Knowledge of Wireless Connectivity or MAC verification
Responsibilities
- Ensure that products incorporate cutting-edge Wi-Fi technology while maintaining high quality and reliability
- Excel in detailed test planning and adapt to evolving requirements
- Build test bench infrastructure and perform regressions
- Close coverage and leverage various AI tools to streamline DV processes and expedite debugging
- Collaborate closely with system architects, design, software, and firmware teams
