• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with CPU/memory architectures and modern server hardware performance characteristics.
• Experience as an architect or technical lead for multi-year infrastructure initiatives.

• Partner with Product Management and engineering teams to define the roadmap for next-generation VM offerings.
• Design, architect, and develop scalable technical solutions that optimize VM performance.
• Lead complex initiatives across hardware, kernel, and product teams to drive GCE performance initiatives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to high-profile customers, analyzing and optimizing their workloads.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers and establish engineering best practices for performance analysis.
