Arcadis is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in the Phoenix, AZ area, focusing on sustainable design and engineering solutions across multiple sectors including mining, oil and gas, and rail. The role offers a hybrid work structure, allowing for both office and remote work. The successful candidate will engage in hydraulic modeling, erosion control evaluations, and earthwork site design. This position provides an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on diverse projects while interfacing directly with clients and contractors.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer with willingness to obtain reciprocity in western states
• 7+ years of related experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software

• Develop and plan hydraulic modeling and calculations
• Conduct erosion and sediment control evaluations and layout
• Prepare technical specifications and reports for civil and environmental permitting
• Interface directly with clients and contractors to manage project delivery
• Assist in field construction and inspections
