The Expert Consultant, Coro, AI Engineer role focuses on building AI-powered tools and products that drive business outcomes within Bain's Commercial Excellence practice. The position involves designing and implementing LLM-driven features and workflows that enhance Coro's software and data solutions. The engineer will collaborate with experienced teammates and major AI ecosystem partners to develop innovative applications. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5+ years of professional AI / ML engineering experience with strong backend engineering fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs / services.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications with delivery considerations.
- Experience building advanced retrieval / search systems and comfort working across multiple data stores.
Responsibilities
