The Senior Application Developer will be the system expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) within a complex enterprise environment. This role involves designing and implementing solutions while anticipating system dependencies to ensure data flow and harmony. The developer will collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to drive HR technology initiatives forward. The People Systems team is a cross-functional group focused on enhancing and securing technology for the global workforce.

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience with expertise in its advanced capabilities.
• 2+ years of experience working with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR organizations to deliver technical solutions.
• Proven expertise in the full application development lifecycle and identifying cross-system dependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Serve as the technical authority for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and design scalable solutions.
• Implement, deploy, and optimize ORC configurations and features to enhance process automation and data integrity.
• Scope and lead new HR tech initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to understand complex business problems.
• Act as a strategic technical partner to Recruiting and HR leadership, maintaining an open feedback loop.
