Requirements

- Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in the same fields and 4 years of related work experience.
- Must have 4 years of experience with large-scale HR projects in a professional services or consulting firm or as an in-house HR manager.
- Must have 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency.
- Must have 1 year of experience contributing to client pursuits by preparing proposals and presentations.
- Must have 1 year of experience supervising teams of professional employees.
- Travel required up to 50%, with 10% potentially international.
