Job description

The role of Manager in Technology Analysis at EY focuses on managing and delivering complex technical initiatives related to SAP supply chain planning. You will work closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and enhance their operations through SAP technology. This position requires a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, as you will lead global teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. Your contributions will help clients improve performance and productivity in their supply chain processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant SAP experience, including hands-on delivery within SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Demonstrated experience across one or more IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations, or Control Tower analytics.
  • Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle SAP IBP implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience leading SAP project workstreams and managing onshore/offshore team members within a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and their translation into SAP IBP solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
  • Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
  • Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
