• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience with configuration in one or more modules.
• Experience supporting at least one end-to-end IBP implementation or major enhancement cycle.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Strong client communication skills with experience facilitating design or testing sessions.

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and assist in leading design and testing sessions.
• Exhibit hands-on technical capabilities in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool.
