Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in property & casualty insurance from a consultant, insurer, broker, or TPA.
- 5+ years of experience in lines of insurance such as Auto, Property, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, or Disability.
- 3+ years of claims process excellence or supervisory experience.
- Excellent business, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate on engagement teams focusing on property & casualty management issues.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled and digital strategies to improve claim program performance.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends impacting P&C program performance.
- Conduct operational assessments, including target operating model design and process optimization.
- Assist with the implementation of P&C technology strategies.
