Job description

The role of Manager in the ServiceNow IRM team at EY focuses on helping financial institutions modernize their systems and processes. The team is dedicated to enhancing business and customer-facing platforms to support high performance in a competitive environment. This position involves leveraging various technologies, including eGRC platforms and Microservices, to enable automation and sound architecture. The Manager will lead technical teams and manage implementations while developing thought leadership in the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations within a financial services company or as a consultant.
  • Must have 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience with IRM in a client consulting environment.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform end-to-end delivery processes and knowledge of IRM best practices.
  • Must have 2 years of experience leading a team of technology professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Help financial institution clients modernize systems, processes, and products.
  • Manage implementations and develop thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Direct clients on best practices across ServiceNow products.
  • Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories using Agile software.
  • Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.
