• 7+ years of relevant data governance or data management experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading the development of enterprise data governance.
• Experience in driving solution design and execution of data governance efforts across business lines and technology.
• Understanding and proficiency with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources, including intermediate SQL proficiency.
• Experience with data governance and data quality tools such as Collibra, Atlan, and IBM watsonx.data intelligence.

• Work with data teams to form and execute a data governance framework, policy, and standards.
• Develop and implement data governance principles within client organizations.
• Build strong partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to enhance data governance.
• Perform data audits, identify data collection issues, and suggest improvements.
• Create required artifacts and deliverables for workshops and client acceptance.
