• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or technology
• Strong interest in venture capital and the startup ecosystem
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams simultaneously
• Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal)
• Intellectually curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• FINRA 79, 63, SIE - current or ability to obtain upon hire
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Maintain a real-time view of VC fund activity, portfolio company developments, and founder engagement.
• Analyze portfolio companies, sector trends, and emerging technologies to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Facilitate high-value introductions between VC clients, founders, and Citi's broader platform.
• Contribute to financing, M&A, and strategic advisory processes and prepare clear, high-quality materials for client meetings and pitches.
• Improve internal workflows and reporting using data and AI tools.
