The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the Prime Finance Services organization, focusing on the development and enhancement of the Margin Calculations and Reporting Platform. This position involves analyzing complex business processes and defining requirements for key projects to ensure successful delivery of financial solutions. The role requires collaboration with global business users and product development teams to translate business needs into actionable tasks. The analyst will also engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and support ongoing business operations.

• 6-10 years of business analyst experience
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documenting (BRD / FRD, JIRA)
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and presentation
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookup
• Understanding of financial markets including equities, derivatives, and fixed income
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across organizational lines
• Ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques

• Drive requirement elicitation and analysis for new projects.
• Gather, document, and secure sign-off on comprehensive business, functional, and technical requirement documents.
• Translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
• Lead the analysis and re-engineering of current business processes.
• Analyze and model complex data, creating clear mock-ups and diagrams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technologists.
• Communicate critical updates and coordinate dependencies with upstream and downstream systems.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects.
• Design and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support for existing business operations.
