The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position focused on the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role emphasizes applications systems analysis and programming activities, requiring a strong understanding of Angular and related technologies. The analyst will also engage in feasibility studies, project management, and provide user support. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques and methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning.
• Establish and implement new or revised application systems to meet business needs.
• Integrate front-end Angular applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write unit tests and end-to-end tests for Angular applications.
• Develop responsive web interfaces and optimize applications for performance.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process.
• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Consult with users and technology groups on advanced programming solutions.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.
