The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and programming activities of application systems. This role involves collaborating with management teams to integrate functions and enhance systems for new products and process improvements. The analyst will utilize advanced programming knowledge to ensure application design aligns with architectural standards. Additionally, they will provide mentorship to developers and analysts while managing risks associated with business decisions.

• At least 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Experience in REACTjs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Openshift Linux build (Kubernetes & Docker)
• Understanding of modern development techniques such as automated testing, agile, and continuous integration
• Desirable knowledge in C/C++, F#
• Desirable business knowledge in Securities & Custody, SWIFT 15022/20022
• Desirable knowledge of Git & JIRA
• Custody/Financial services domain experience
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving experience
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.

• Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
