The FactoryAI team is focused on developing and deploying agents that automate workflows in manufacturing, from business requirements to product introduction. This role involves designing AI/ML solutions and integrating advanced technologies to enhance manufacturing processes. As a Software Development Engineer, you will work closely with team members and third-party integrators to create efficient automation solutions. The position emphasizes collaboration and innovation in leveraging AI/ML for manufacturing automation.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• 5+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML and Analytics.

• Design scalable AI/ML solutions and build agents for automation sequences.
• Deploy agentic workflows for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
• Integrate computer vision and deep learning for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing line performance.
• Document code and specifications as the US manufacturing software point of contact.
• Define a 3-year automation roadmap incorporating AI/ML trends.
