The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on leading AI application development within the Technology team. This role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems, particularly in the realm of AI, utilizing advanced technologies and methodologies. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations and data governance policies. The position requires a strong emphasis on mentoring engineering teams and driving thought leadership in Generative AI.

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python and Generative AI products.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models, and transformer architectures.
• Expert proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, data engineering, and backend services.
• Experience with AI Development Tools such as Claude Code, Devin AI, and Copilot.
• Proficient with containers and orchestration technologies, specifically OpenShift.

• Lead AI agent development, architecture, and deployment using Generative AI platforms and microservices.
• Architect and build autonomous AI systems for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Implement secure, scalable data storage for conversational AI using diverse databases.
• Drive Generative AI thought leadership by integrating emerging platforms and staying current with technologies.
• Deliver end-to-end Agentic AI solutions focusing on Python backend services and secure REST APIs.
