• 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 8+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 8+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design and build scalable, secure systems that meet enterprise-grade requirements
• Lead architectural decisions for the confidential program while balancing rapid iteration with long-term needs
• Establish engineering best practices and operational excellence standards
• Mentor engineers and elevate team capabilities
• Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to meet enterprise customer requirements
• Drive technical decisions that impact go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features from design through production deployment
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for mission-critical systems
• Identify and proactively address technical risks and scalability challenges
• Champion continuous improvement in development velocity and code quality
