We are looking for an experienced senior Software Development Engineer to lead a high-impact program that balances startup agility with enterprise standards. Requirements
- 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 8+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 8+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure systems that meet enterprise-grade requirements
- Lead architectural decisions for the confidential program while balancing rapid iteration with long-term needs
- Establish engineering best practices and operational excellence standards
- Mentor engineers and elevate team capabilities
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to meet enterprise customer requirements
- Drive technical decisions that impact go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex features from design through production deployment
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for mission-critical systems
- Identify and proactively address technical risks and scalability challenges
