• MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of Mechanical Engineering experience or equivalent internship experience
• Strong engineering fundamentals in solid mechanics, material science, heat transfer, mechanism design, and manufacturing
• Ability to travel up to 20% in North America and Asia to support factory builds
• Experience with the server mechanical development cycle from prototyping to high volume manufacturing
• Working knowledge of tolerance analysis, metrology, and simple fixture design
• Experience with failure analysis and strong logical reasoning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage in healthy collaborative debate and possess a keen analytical mindset
• A strong sense of ownership and drive for excellence
