Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 12+ years of experience providing technical support of high-volume consumer electronics
- Proven technical skills in wafer level, component, PCBA, module assembly, test, pack-out processes, and process integration
- In-depth knowledge in quality methodologies with common tools, including process capability statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills using structured methodologies
- Ability to travel internationally 25%-35%
Responsibilities
- Serve as the resident factory expert in manufacturing processes and factory readiness for mass production
- Collaborate with the New Production Introduction group and multi-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Analyze complex situations and exercise independent judgment to drive results
- Present technical findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive issues to closure and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Spend frequent time on the factory floor to gain hands-on experience with processes
