The Senior Consultant role in the Cyber Managed Services team at EY focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position involves working with clients to enhance their IAM solutions and address complex security challenges. The consultant will collaborate with a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IAM tools. This role is pivotal in aligning security management strategies with business goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately 4 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with IAM architecture and development within SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, or other Identity Solutions.
• Well-versed and hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow product’s usage and functionality.
• A valid driver's license in the US and/or a valid passport are required; willingness and ability to travel.

• Develop SailPoint IIQ policies and configure rules to detect policy violations.
• Configure SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflow configurations, and third-party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management tools.
• Design and architect solutions, alongside process design and re-engineering.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications and execute technical delivery.
