• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, or finance, or equivalent work experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture and building enterprise software products.
• Strong experience with architectural styles and patterns such as cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience architecting agentic AI and/or generative AI solutions, including multi-agent workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, particularly Agile and DevOps.

• Ensure the architecture of solutions aligns with the organization's technology and business strategy.
• Drive effective decision-making to harmonize and accelerate efforts within the portfolio.
• Accountable for the solution architecture of products, including agentic AI and generative AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Solution Delivery Leadership and Business Technology Leadership to devise AI solution delivery strategies.
• Develop standards and reference architectures to accelerate delivery through repeatable actions and reusable components.
