The ServiceNow AI Architect Manager at EY will lead transformation teams focused on AI-driven solutions for clients. Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Typically, 2 - 5 years of relevant ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions such as Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower.
- Minimum of one ServiceNow certification related to NOW Assist.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills including executive communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects.
- Engage regularly with external clients and participate in working sessions.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.
- Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow AI project.
- Support pre-sales efforts including creating proposals and estimates.
