• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Inventory Management and/or Materials and Reliability industry.
• 10-15 years of professional services or technology consulting experience with a focus on software or IT in enterprise customers.
• Expert knowledge of various software development process models and programming concepts.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively.

• Manage and deliver enterprise implementation projects for strategic customers.
• Ensure long-term adoption for customers and support organizational change.
• Deliver business analysis and solutions engineering by working closely with customer champions.
• Prepare technical objectives and provide work processes to achieve key goals.
• Engage with customers to develop system design and functional specifications.
• Lead workshops with clients to review business processes related to Inventory Management.
