Job description

The Automation Manager role at EY focuses on helping clients with process automation across various business units within the Financial Services Office. Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of work experience.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Must have 3 years of demonstrated experience with business process assessment and IT process reengineering.
  • Must have 3 years of technical implementation experience with BPM vendors such as Appian, Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, or Unqork.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients with process automation across enterprise functions and business units.
  • Assist clients with solution architecture, technical design, requirements, software development, and solution deployment.
  • Support and execute the IT Software Development Life Cycle for BPM vendor tool implementation.
  • Deliver quality client service, monitor progress, and manage risk.
  • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
